Dr. Girish S is a dedicated and compassionate ENT specialist with extensive training and over a decade of experience in the field of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery. He currently serves as the Senior Resident at the Department of ENT & Head and Neck Surgery, Government Medical College, Konni, and also offers expert care at ENTCARE CLINIC, Kozhencherry.
Dr. Girish completed his MBBS from MG University, Kerala, followed by an MS in ENT from Kerala University of Health Sciences. He further earned a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Otorhinolaryngology from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, and was awarded MNAMS by the National Academy of Medical Sciences, reflecting his commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
Over the years, Dr. Girish has worked in reputed institutions across Kerala, gaining hands-on expertise in managing a wide range of ENT conditions. His special clinical interests include nasal and sinus disorders, vertigo and balance disorders, endoscopic procedures, and hearing-related concerns. He is known for his meticulous diagnostic approach and evidence-based treatment protocols, with a strong focus on patient education and comfort.
Dr. Girish has actively contributed to ENT research, with work ranging from hearing loss in metabolic conditions to rare surgical case studies. He has presented papers and posters at multiple state and national conferences, earning accolades including the prestigious Dr. Ashok Kumar Gold Medal for his work on endoscopic orbital abscess drainage.
